A delicious breakfast idea
Vegan chocolate rolls make mornings sweet
Bake small loaves? But only when it comes to these delicious, fluffy pastries. Even the morning boats come running to the breakfast table.
And so it was done.
- First, mix the yeast and 1 tablespoon of sugar into the warm milk. Leave for a few minutes.
- Meanwhile, mix flour, remaining sugar and salt. Prepare a well and pour the yeast-milk mixture. Add the margarine to the flakes and yogurt and knead the ingredients into a soft dough. Knead well for at least 5-10 minutes. Then cover the dough with a dry cloth and let it rest for 1 hour, which will double its size.
- After the rest time, make chocolate drops into the dough and then divide the dough into 10 equal parts. Bring each one to a pan and place the prepared loaves on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Cover and leave to rest for 30 minutes.
- Before the end of the rest period, preheat the oven to 160 degrees. Heat the pot in a pot or in the microwave for a bit and add 2 tablespoons of plant milk. Spread on the rolls and then put them in the oven for 25 minutes.
