Ingredients for delicious pumpkin bread
300 grams of Hokkaido pumpkin, 500 grams of wheat flour, 125 ml of oat milk (you can use cow’s milk), 1 tablespoon of margarine, 3 tablespoons of agave syrup, 1 packet of dry yeast, salt.

Delicious pumpkin bread recipe
Here’s how it works: First, prepare the pumpkin. Remove the seeds and peel. Although Hokkaido pumpkin skin is basically edible, it doesn’t do well in bread. Now weigh 300 grams and boil it in boiling water for 15 minutes. Set the remaining squash aside and use it in another recipe.
When the squash is done cooking, drain the water and use a fork to mash the squash into a fine puree. Now add milk and margarine to the pumpkin and mix everything. Then add flour, agave syrup, dry yeast and a teaspoon of salt to the mass and knead everything into a dough.

Fill it in a baking dish and let the dough rise there for at least half an hour.
There is no need to preheat the oven. Simply put the finished pumpkin bread in a mold in the oven, set it to 175 degrees upper and lower temperature, and then let the bread bake for about 45 minutes. Then you have to let it cool down, otherwise it may fall apart when you cut it.
Pumpkin bread tastes especially good with butter and a little salt.
