Too much salsa and tortilla leftovers? Then Chilaques, a spicy breakfast dish from Mexico, is perfect for him.

  1. Chop the red onion and garlic finely. Fry both in olive oil. Fry the tomato paste together briefly and then add the tomato paste. Add spices and bring to a boil. Uncover and cook on medium-high for 15 minutes.
