Creative cake joy! Blueberry Curd Casserole: Quick and delicious!

Our Blueberry Quark Casserole combines fruity blueberries with a creamy quark filling to create a heavenly treat.
When you’re looking for something quick and sweet, this Blueberry Quark Casserole is just the thing! Be sure to try!
Ingredients for 6 servings:
500 g low-fat quark
2 eggs
1 packet of kush powder
250 ml of milk
50 grams of blueberries
Approximately per unit:
81 calories
21 grams of fat
23 grams of carbohydrates
34 grams of protein
And so it was done.
Preheat the oven to 160 degrees fan. To start, mix the quark, egg, custard powder and milk in a bowl.
Mix the blueberries into the quark mixture and pour into a bowl. Pour 40 grams of blueberries over the dough and press down lightly.
Bake in the oven at 160 degrees for an hour. If the pot turns a little brown on top, cover if necessary.
After baking, take it out and let it cool. Sprinkle the quark pan with the remaining blueberries and serve.
